Flu Season

This month we are entering flu season. Already? Yes, at this time you are able to go to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, your doctor’s office and other places. What is important is that you understand the importance of being vaccinated, not that you should but that you weigh the risks. Further, hand-washing and preventative strategies cannot be overstated. Consider that the elderly and very young are at increased risk of complications of the flu. My due date to get the flu shot is October 1st, are you ready?
